90 days Free Returns & Exchanges

We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within a 90-day period starting from the date you receive your order. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days from receipt to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a free return or exchange, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

  • Initiate a return by emailing us at contact@goodiemall.co.uk with the subject "Return" and your order number. Include your order number and the reason for return and, if applicable, photos of any defects.
  • Within 24 hours, we'll respond with detailed instructions for your return, including the address of our Warehouse. Alongside these instructions, we will provide you with a return shipping label for easy and hassle-free shipping of your item.
  • Ship the item to the provided address.
  • After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and process it for restocking.
  • Once the inspection and restocking are complete, we will proceed with the refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

After examining your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the desired replacement when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the returned item.

Damaged, Wrong Products, or Issues:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Process for instructions on returning items after delivery.

Restocking or Handling Fees:

We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for returns or exchanges.
